Commander of the 82nd Sustainment Brigade (Modular) consisting of over 4000 Soldiers in 5 battalions with the mission of sustaining all FORSCOM unit stationed at Fort Bragg. Responsible for planning, coordinating, synchronizing, monitoring, and controlling logistics units and their budgets operating in garrison, and when deployed, in support of US and Coalition forces. Supervises daily supply and service programs in support of the installation activities including inventory management, warehouse and storage management, stock control requirements determination, retail and bulk petroleum, oils and lubricants, ammunition and hazardous materials management, Airborne Support Operations. Responsible for mission accomplishment, force protection, training management, commanders/leaders development in units, establish training requirements, develop/execute training plans, and assess/report unit proficiency. Principle advisor to the Fort Bragg Senior Leadership on all matters of Logistics and Force Sustainment to achieve readiness standards and logistics priorities. Responsible to support Joint Operational Access Exercises designed to enhance cohesiveness between U.S. Army, Air Force and allied personnel, allowing the services an opportunity to properly execute large-scale heavy equipment and troop movements.
