Went to my first Super Bowl Party - Wasnt as bad as I expected. Allot of the other men - did not really know Football 100% -- I dont trust people when you cant see their face - Thats why I hate Football - Look Like Black and White Robots running around and then some old dipshit in stripes blows a whistle and then always panning on some stressed out coach who looks like he is on a coke binge. I tell you that half time show was beyond stupid. Rene Fleming - Singing the Anthem. I like her - But she looks much better at The MET in the dark - Not in some Chicos outfit in the middle of a million mega watt stadium. Queen Latifahs voice sounded weak - like she was at her most unfavorite church singing a christmas carol. That whole 1/2 time show --- WTF did Della Reese, Aretha Franklin and Charro committee that whole thing at A Dennys Hours before. That little boy who was the star in the Gold Lame and Spaghetti Tie ( Merry Go Round) Leave that Garbage in the 80s where it belongs. - Beyond annoying. Horrible Choreography - They could use Paula Abdul on the double - No Joke. The Outfits were so High School Theatre. So Busy --- Then those Puerto Rican Kids - West Side Story meets The Red Hot Chili Peppers -Disaster - It Read like some Rich Suburban Girls Dream Bat-Mitzvah. Felt very Disney Electric Parade. Busy. IDK. We have so much talent in this country and these choose The Holey Tabernacle Choir and Menudo JR. --- And Queen Latifah (I love Her - But She is More Field Than Stage at The Superbowl ) ---- I would of had - Joni Mitchel - Sing Yellow Taxi - To Start. Then John Barrowman - singing - National Anthem. I loved that Fur Coat Joe Namath had on - Fabulous- I was just hoping he was going to run across the field in Manolo Blahniks. ----- Cyndi Lauper should of Sang Some Song She Penned For Tolerance and Good Luck in The Olympics. Just Thoughts. - Regardless I was with friends and it was fun and we ate good Chili - and all kinds of stuff. Lots of Laughs. Have a great day - everyone !!
