Please notifiy us of any special dietary requirements at the same time. Please pre–select a hot or cold option (generally salad, quiche, cold meats etc, menu available here), to facilitate the kitchen with numbers. The cost of lunch is €5, is reclaimable on your committee expenses form. Documents will be circulated by e–mail, where this is appropriate. Hard copies can be obtained at the venue on the day of the meeting if required. Larger documents and those with multiple attachments will generally be sent by post, unless the committee requests otherwise. Directions to Church House: LUAS Green line: Nearest stop, Beechwood. Walk straight towards Rathmines, passing Mortons’ supermarket on the left hand side. Take the left hand (un–named) road at Holy Trinity Church (the church in the middle of the road). luas.ie From Upper Rathmines Road, take the turning into Church Avenue and, using Holy Trinity Church as a roundabout, take the last exit. Church House is the building on the left at the end of this cul–de–sac. Taxis are available from the main Dublin train stations and from Busáras. A bus service, No 128, now runs from Connolly Station to Rathmines. Please let the office know in advance if you wish to join the meeting using this facility. Instructions: At the time of the meeting, dial 0818 301 111 (from RoI), or 0845 351 2792 (from NI) or +353 (0) 1 664 8888 (from the rest of the world). You will be prompted to input the Participant Pin Number (as given with your meeting notification), followed by the # key. You will hear music, if the meeting line has not yet opened, or alternatively, will join the meeting. If things seem not to be working, dial the reception line for Church House – +353 (0)1 497 8422. PLEASE NOTE: if no one has selected the teleconference option, the facility may be allocated to another meeting – it is important to reply to this option if you wish to use it. Teleconference expenses should be claimed via a committee expenses form.
