Coordinate and manage staff satisfaction surveys, name tag reports and cleanliness report. Manage the ID cards for staff members. Capturing and monitoring of hospital clinical reports. Assist with the management of Mental Health Care Users (MHCU0 complaints. Assist with compiling of monthly Quality Assurance reports. Take minutes of QA meetings and active participation.
