Confession time - I misbehaved A LOT the past week or so. Id love to say it was because I was sick, it was Halloween and now my kids are sick, but I know its also because Im not in the game mentally. These things wouldnt have kept me from exercising and making wise food choices. I guess I needed to veer off the rails a bit, but Im back on tomorrow! Starting back up with my girl Chalene and doing Chalean Extreme. Again. Lol I always start and never finish, not because I dont love it, but because a new program keeps coming out. Now Im starting and WILL FINISH!
