CPU had perfected EVERY ITEM OF ALL TESTS( from day 1 up to the end of the school year ) AND ALL MEASUREMENTS In grading a pupil WITHOUT ANY PERCENTAGE OF ERROR and must have made every item of all their tests and grading procedures assessed and evaluated by authorities for they are all PERFECT or !00% reliable and accurate. Because of this, they can now defy all RULES IN STATISTICS AND MATHEMATICS. A student who has an 89.97 grade average will be denied of an honor because the ave. grade to have an honor must be 90. A policy devoid of psychological thoughts on incentives and development and a full deviation from the essentials of statistics and mathematical rules. Nahuya ko kun mangkuton ko sini sang iban as a teacher also from the same school of having this policy. I saw people laugh while some felt pity.
