Congratulations Dr. John Schmisseur! Dr. Schmisseur was recently honored as a 2014 Outstanding Aerospace Engineer at Purdue University. Dr. Schmisseur joined the faculty of the University of Tennessee Mechanical, Aerospace, & Biomedical Engineering in August 2014. He will be teaching and leading research at The University of Tennessee Space Institute. Prior to joining the faculty, Dr. Schmisseur was the Chief of the Energy, Power & Propulsion Sciences Division and Program Officer for the Aerothermodynamics program at AFOSR.
