Congratulations Jason D Gianconey for snatching Curtin Student Guild president! Thanks to all who voted. It was close, we couldnt have done it without you all. Partaking in the elections was worth it. I met a lot of awesome people and made a bunch of new friends. Over the past few days I got to talk to a lot of Student Unity for Curtin Guild candidates (and even some Left Action - for the Curtin Student Guild candidates) who were fantastic people who I can only hope to see on the Guild Council next year. It was great to be able to sit down with you all for a good few hours, get past all the name-calling, and have a civil discussion...definitely the highlight of the week. Congratulations Jason, congratulations Illuminate for Curtin Student Guild, and congratulations to the Curtin students wholl actually get some decent representation.
