Being the Governor of RBI for just over a year Dr.Raghuram Rajan has won two remarkable awards 1)The Euro money magazine has awarded the Best Central Bank Governor award for 2014, 2)Now a London-based financial journal Central Banking naming him Governor of the Year on Monday. Working as the chief economist at the International Monetary Fund, and now with RBI, what Dr Rajan did was he brought macro economic stability in the Indian economy. With very good knowledge and analyzing capacity to find out the root cause of the economic problems he could predict what happens next. He is a great treasure for this government. He has knowledge, superiority , leadership, and no fear with politicians. His knowledge is better enough to command even his bosses. When people were running for investment with the slogan make in India he boldly told them this world cannot afford another china and advised them to make for India.
