Congratulations to all of the seniors for an engaging week of capstone presentations! The fruits of their hard work were evident in a stimulating set of talks. It was a great symposium. Thanks to all of the faculty for their mentoring and research guidance, and to Dr. Saxowsky for coordinating the symposium. And, thanks to Professor Michael Gelb (UW) for a very motivating and inspiring talk about the chemistry he has developed to screen for treatable genetic diseases in newborns. It was an excellent week of chemistry. Congratulations again to all.
