Constitution Indaba a Waste of Time, says Milupi The Alliance for Democracy and Development president Charles Milupi says the proposed indaba on the constitution is a waste of time as everyone knew what should be done on the constitution. Milupi said there is no need to delay the constitution making process and that the indaba will only give the PF more time to drag the process further. He said he was not expecting anything tangible from the indaba. Milupi said it was shocking the PF had demonstrated clarity on the constitution before assuming power and reneged on the process when in charge of national affairs. “The constitution indaba will be waste of time we are not really expecting anything because all the issues are known,” he said. “What I have seen on the internet is a very good document because it embraces the bill of rights.” The civil society under the initiative of the Southern African Centre for the Constructive Resolution of Disputes has opened up the indaba that is expected to be held on April, 30th in Lusaka. zambiareports/2014/04/22/constitution-indaba-waste-time-says-milupi/
