Cost of living up: The cost of living as measured by the Consumer Council of Zimbabwe (CCZ) has increased by 5.10 percent as at end of May in a development attributed to increases in medical consultation fees. The monthly basket for a family of six increased from the April 2014 figure of $559, 42 to $587, 97 by end of last month, reflecting an increase of $28,55 as a result of a hike in medical consultation fees. According to the CCZ, the food basket however decreased marginally by $2, 61 cents from $151, 35 cents by end of April to $148, 74 cents by end of May.
