Craig could have wished for just about anything, but the 18-year-old brain cancer survivor from Kansas wanted to dive with sharks. And he picked our Eye-to-Eye Shark Dive program. The Make-A-Wish Foundation made his dream come true, arranging a trip for him and his family to the Zoo through The Zoo Society. Craig was so pumped, he and his dad got scuba certified so they could get extra-close to our 17 massive sharks. Mom and sister did the Eye-to-Eye cage dive. Before the dive, Craig said he expected to see “a lot of fins and tails.” Afterwards, he pronounced the experience “awesome.” We’re thrilled he had a great time. Way to go Craig!
