Credit where it is due. To Target and Mary Julia manager... after a very bumpy transaction, no less that 4 phone attempts, 1 return trip to the service desk, no return calls when they were promised the manager stepped up to the plate and was both pleasant, sensible and professional. She realizes they now have an opportunity to do better training, and she saved a customer. Service and resposibilty do pay!
