Cried in public. In front of many many people. Lily disappeared for 10+ minutes at Noahs school. She was reading a book in the classroom and in literally 20 seconds - vanished past all of us standing there!!! Thank god for a school who is on the ball and able to jump straight into crisis mode. I had 2 HOSES, Noahs teacher, aides and parents all running around the school frantically looking. We had people on the gates - I was on the back car park/roads - some were on the oval and some were staying with Noah. One of the HOSES found her sitting on the roof of our car IN the car park and she brought Lily down to us all. And...I burst into a mess of tears!! Everyone was so relieved - there were lots of tears (Lily and myself) and people saying how scared they were for her. That was the longest she has ever gone missing. I dont even know how many people to thank for today (its mostly a blur of who was where) but I am so grateful I cant even express it in words. I am deeply touched by the concern and immediate action of Noahs school. Everyone took the situation so seriously and we are just so lucky she was safe! Once again - crisis voicemails on the therapists phones and figuring out how we are going to keep our little one safe. :(
