Cross post from the Lucky 11 Event page: Lucky 11 Profile of the day: Sky the Husky Sky is a female full breed Husky, aged circa 3 years, who was found dumped on the streets of Kosovo with a badly set broken back leg. According to vets, her back is not damaged, and whilst she has some mobility issues they do not affect her walking or enjoying playing with water. The vet advised that with surgery Sky could regain mobility. Sky is currently in a foster with a group of other dogs and there is no special care/therapy available to help improve her mobility and relieve any pain she experiences. She is in desperate need of a foster or adoptive family where they are aware of, and can cater for, her mobility needs. Sky is microchipped, vaccinated against rabies and DHLP, wormed and flea treatment given, so she can travel to Canada/USA straight away. To enable Sky to go to UK/EU countries we will be getting the required blood test done in 2 weeks.
