CrossPointe is looking for a self-motivated and dependable individual to join our team as the Facilities Supervisor. The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for planning, directing & coordinating all the maintenance needs of the CrossPointe campus and community. The job includes maintaining, and improving the facilities, preventative maintenance, responding to service calls and completing work orders for tenants. As a supervisor, this individual will also schedule and oversee all the sub-contractors, vendors & part-time staff as they perform the duties related to maintaining a busy campus community. If you are someone with the following skills and abilities, this exciting career could be for you. • Are you skilled in carpentry painting, electrical, plumbing, mechanical repair and enjoy “hands-on” work? • Are you knowledgeable in troubleshooting HVAC systems with experience in low voltage and high voltage controls? • Are you able to acquire pricing proposals, establish budgets, purchase supplies, and oversee special projects and large repairs? • Are you knowledgeable in OSHA safety standards and willing to ensure other employees and subcontractors are observing them? • Are you professional, with good communication and computer skills who is able to establish good working relationships with guests, residents, other employees, and subcontractors in a positive environment? This position is a full time, 40 hour/week position with benefits. Applicants must possess at least a high school diploma or the equivalent a with a minimum of two years of previous maintenance experience in a large facility. All job-related licenses and certificates will be considered. Applicants must be available to be on-call during some weekends and for 24 hours/day in a rotation with other maintenance staff.
