Follow this easy recipe and make a batch or two of the crispiest oat crunchies on the planet. Ingredients: 180g margarine2 cups oats1 cup coconut1 cup flour1 cup sugar1 tbsp syrup1 tsp bicarbonate Method: Melt butter and syrup together.Add bicarbonate and stir until it froths.Mix dry ingredients in.Flatten the mixture out on a greased baking tray.Cook at 180ºC for 20-30 minutes.
