Crystal Messages: Interestingly, when I was photographing these they were side by side but the camera rotated them to be vertical which actually changed the entire feel and made them much more energetically connected to our chakras and energy system. Top – Gold Sheen Obsidian: This is about surging forward. Gold sheen is a gentler version of obsidian, which can be quite a forceful crystal to work with. There is an element of grounding that is trying to be brought into your energy field and it is important to allow that as it allows the changes of energy that you have been experiencing (or wanting to experience) to be integrated. It feels as though you are keen to expand your awareness, which is wonderful, but this crystal is advising that we can only expand upwards as much as we are grounded below so the firmer your roots, the more expansive you will be. Being grounded and connected with nature enables us to draw up her healing energy and that is really important for you now. As we experience changes in energy, we need to release old aspects, acknowledge closure and enable any healing to take place before we move onwards and develop further. Choosing this crystal is confirming the expansive energy working with your crown and upper chakras but it is also advising you to take things gently and allow a natural process of flow rather than pushing too hard. Blessings xx Middle – Que Sera Stone: This is a wonderful heart-connection crystal which is talking about making the connection between our heart and our throat – beginning to feel and speak from the heart. There is or has been a process of release or healing which may have been very emotional – this is easing or will be shortly and you will begin to the sense the greater flow of connection between your heart and your voice, your inner voice being more easily heard and felt. It will be easier to speak and say what you need to, in the way that you need to. Compassion is very much a part of who you are and it has been difficult to sometimes fulfil your needs as others’ needs often conflict with your own but part of your current path is about recognising that you simply can no longer put your own needs at the bottom of the list. Listen to your heart with openness and honesty – by doing so the words that you need to speak, in order to not deny yourself, will come through with the sincerity, love and compassion that they need to. Blessings xx Bottom – Clear Quartz: This beautiful crystal is reminding me of flowing water on a clear sunny day with rainbows rippling through and it is making me feel as though I can’t quite see to the bottom. There is a reminder here to trust your intuition and to take a little bit of care (on a practical level) – some things may not be entirely as they seem or there may not be the clarity or the certainty that you wish. Your higher self, your guides are advising you, guiding you and you are being urged to listen to your intuition as to the next action step to take. Check in with yourself at every stage of decision making and if something doesn’t feel right, double check your facts. Energetically, as your energy expands and your connection with spirit deepens, you will be aware of different ways of working, or receiving guidance, and you may well feel unsettled with this initially as you are being pushed out of your comfort zone – you are being reassured that this is a natural stage of progression and you should not look to connect, to feel, to know in the way you used to – allow the new pathways of being to make themselves known to you.
