We Have an Exciting Opportunity for You! About the Opportunity: Currently recruiting candidates for assembly/packing positions for 3rd shift at a premiere employer in Asheboro, NC. Perform duties required to handle, control, and account for inventory material. Provide material handling support for designated area(s). Maintain and control manufacturing job orders. Process all items received. Fill customer orders according to SOP to ensure proper identification and traceability. Core Responsibilities: · Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and the official policies and procedures. · Inspect kits to determine conformance to established inspection criteria and procedures · Keep and maintain a clean and safe work station and equipment · Forming, stamping or labeling cartons with proper lot control numbers and expiration dates · Placing accurate and proper paperwork on pallets with required signature · Returning all scrap and unused corrugate to staging area · Moving completed skids to assigned areas · Additional duties as assigned by supervisory or management personnel · Provide written documentation of inspection results · Ensure proper identification and traceability of materials used for packaging · Provide written documentation of nonconforming material. · Maintain inspection records using a filing system which provides ease of accessibility · Ensure quarantined or rejected materials are properly identified, and segregated · Adhere to and ensure the compliance of the Code of Conduct, all Company policies, rules, procedures and housekeeping standards. Requirements: · High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED. · MUST be able to pass drug screen and criminal background investigation. · Must be able to read and write English. · Must be self-motivated and willing to take ownership of work. · Manufacturing/assembly experience preferred. · Must be able to work as part of a team or individually in warehouse environment. · Must be flexible with time / overtime and weekends are required. · Good attention to detail is required. · Must be dependable.
