Customer: Yeah you guys just installed my neighbors replacement AC system and I want to get you to give me an estimate on mine. Us: OK sir what was the address? Customer: **** in Indialantic Us: Sir, we did not install your neighbors AC but wed be happy to give you an estimate on a new system. Customer: This is All-American AC in Vero Beach right? Us: Yes sir it is. Customer: Then yes you installed it. Us: OK sir when would you like us to come out. Customer: Tuesday at 9am Us: Ill see you then. Two hours passes and then... Customer: Um yeah I set an appointment with you guys and Im gonna have to cancel. Us: Can I ask why sir? Customer: I just have to cancel. Us: OK, well thanks for the call and call us if you need us. Fast forward a week to today... Customer: Um you guys were supposed to be here today to give us an estimate between 11 am and 1pm. Its 12:48 and your driver isnt here yet. Is he coming today? Me: Sir what is your name (I recognized the number) Customer: My name is **** Me: Sir you called last week and set an appointment for Tuesday at 9am and then called two hours later and cancelled. I would be more than happy to come up and give you a free estimate. Customer: Oh I called the wrong number. Me: Yes, I think you did. Id still would be happy to give you an estimate. Customer: No thanks, sorry for calling. I want the other All-American Air Conditioning. Woe is me....LOL
