Czech Stop in West, TX has an odd customer service approach for the bakery servers and cashiers. If I was a YELP! user I would give them a 2 star low rating. Rudeness, being uninterested in customer service, a lack of ability to smile, and talking just loud enough for us to hear about their personal life issues, that were not appropriate, just about sums our brief time there this morning. The bakery items are tasty, as usual, but the staff leave a bitter taste every time we have stopped to some degree.
