D+3: Started this lovely sunday morning with strength training. Glad to see the recruits enjoying the training and cheering each other on. Conducted lessons on safety and core values. Shared with them my perspective on National Service. At the end of the day, its really about protecting our loved ones and to ensure that they can sleep peacefully at night. Also took the opportunity to share with them whats in it for them and what they can gain out of NS. Ended the day with a conditioning run.
