DARE TO CARE TO THE ENVIRONMENT? WHY NOT? at SMA N 1 Jepara Climate change is one of significant changes of natural phenomenons especially in climate such as unpredictible air temperature, flooding and drought during or more than 30 years. One of the most innovative ways to address climate change is by educating students early before doing inappropriate things to the environment. Education is subjected because of lack of education about climate change. So, IGAF Conducted real action through increasing knowledge and understanding about climate change, and increased environmental awareness as a very indispensable thing to reduce the impacts of climate change at SMA N 1 Jepara. In this project, IGAF engaged 90 participants. In executing project, there were sequential activities which were: WHAT IS IGAF and the Partners (YUNGA UNFAO, UNEP TUNZA SEAYEN, UNESCO, GEF Small Programme,YPARD, Flagship UNESCO Sandwatch Foundation,TUNZA Eco-generation and Eubios EthicsInstitute)?; Climate Change and Agriculture Course; Environment Importance Course; and Giving Badges/Eco-handbooks of YUNGA UN FAO to the library of SMA N 1 Jepara.
