DAWN is a cat that is going to be murdered because of her fear. She was quite defensive during her behavioral exam, but if you really read, you can see that she came in as a stray but for a 4 year old stray she looks pretty good. She didnt have fleas, which for a stray would be common this time of year and is acting like a very frightened and fearful cat. She has no idea why she was hauled into the ACC, only that she was and from the Coney Island area of Brooklyn-maybe she was someone cat who was simply turned in as a stray because they didnt want to admit it-again, she had no fleas and her coat is immaculate. DAWN needs a quiet place to destress, what you are seeing isnt the real DAWN, but a frightened cat in fear for her life-and shes right to be afraid. Ah, but if you took the chance and fostered DAWN-when she was somewhere she could de-stress and relax and not fear...then DAWN would come from that fear filled place and learn to trust again. Her behavior is not that unusual for a cat whos been in a home-and abandoned. But DAWN has nothing wrong with her but fear-yep, ACC is planning on killing a healthy cat THIS AFTERNOON because, as per their Director: People dont want cats like this-they wont adopt them. Prove them wrong-save DAWNS life NOW. Have faith in the miracle of CAT. Dont let DAWN die-shes already been let down by her people, wherever they are. Save DAWN TODAY-she has just til 12 to live without your help. IF YOU CANT SAVE THIS BEAUTIFUL BUT SCARED GIRL YOURSELF, PLEASE HELP US SHARE, SHARE, SHARE HER FAR AND WIDE FOR PLEDGES, FOSTERS, ADOPTERS AND RESCUE! DONT LET THIS BEAUTY FALL THROUGH THE CRACKS AND BECOME ANOTHER SAD ACC STATISTIC. PLEASE WORK EXTRA HARD AND DO EVERYTHING YOU CAN TO HELP THIS KITTY BEAT THE ODDS. SHOW THIS BABY THAT HER PRECIOUS LIFE DOES MATTER!
