DAY 17...GET RIPPED ABS Challenge: 15 reps of Straight legs alternating (lay on back with right leg straight on the floor and left leg straight in the air, keeping your arms at your sides...slowly alternate legs up and down), 15 reps each side of Standing side bends, 15 reps of Floor crunch elbows to knees and 15 reps each side of Hand Taps (full extension plank, keep your body straight in a push up position as you tap left hand over right, switch and REPEAT)...perform ALL four exercises 3 more times.
