DAY Three I drank water when i woke up, feel asleep, and for every meal i had. Stared with streching: 10s each abbs (lay on the floor point toes and act like a medieval device), back (cherry pickers), thighs (flamingos), butterfly, and stand and touch my toes(wide wich is shoulder length starting and straight leg unless you can go further). RAN 1 mile but what ever you do is fine it just has to get your heart pumping. 5 push ups each military ,diamond ,wide 45s: jumping jacks, mountain climbers, jump rope, skater/ lunges 30squats 25situps 10 crunches 10 leg raises 15s plank Jogged 1 mile back once more in preference its for a cool down Walked an extra mile with David Hayner and nina :) Then streched again so im not so sore!
