DDAWP Executive Director and Founder, Andrea Gung, is on her way to China right now. She may already be there. She has gone to pick up some puppies rescued from YuLin. Meanwhile, she has asked me to post photos she sent me, and says there will be more. Stay tuned! The photos here are from the most recent rescue. You can see how many Chinese people from all walks of life rushed to the trucks to help. Even with limited resources, these folks have plenty of resolve to save these defenseless creatures. A huge thank you to all of these brave and dedicated spirits. Please check out this video featuring some footage of rescue work. (short commercial at the beginning) Although in Chinese, it is self-explanatory. A reporter is interviewing a veterinarian as to the condition of the rescued dogs. How about some GOOD news here huh?
