DELTA 2015: WHO IS THE NEXT GOVERNOR AFTER E.E UDUAGHAN? DELTA BEYOND OIL POLICY: ELDER PETER GODSDAY ORUBEBE WILL DEVELOP AND SUSTAIN THIS POLICY. The initiative started by the incumbent governor of Delta State, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan, - the “Delta Beyond Oil” policy is sensible and reasonable and should be developed and sustained. who is the man that can develop and sustain this policy? Since the constitution allows anyone who is qualified to run, zoning or rotation of power should not be an issue in Delta State. The choice of “the best man for the job” and “a man who will take Delta to the next level” should be paramount in our mind.
