DID YOU CATCH WHAT JUST HAPPENED? For those of us who were not paying attention, last weeks budget deal put the national debt over $17 trillion for the first time in United States history ($17,075,590,107,963.57, to be exact). The President doesn’t have worry about how much he and Democrats spend now, because they NO LONGER HAVE A SPENDING LIMIT - just a due date! That’s what the president meant when he said that the whole shutdown and debt ceiling thing WASNT GOING TO HAPPEN AGAIN! You know it’s bad when you even have a Canadian conservative (apparently they do have those) and Chinese financial analysts screaming that the destructive path that we’re on is catering to our own demise. Suffice to say, the point is being made in financial circles that maintaining this level of debt is NOT sustainable. Something has to give, and it will. It’s not a question whether it will happen.... it is now a question of WHEN. With President Obama now fortified and a merry band of liberals handed a limitless credit card from the American taxpayers you can bet on it being sooner, rather than later. Sorry for being alarmist (thats usually the job of End Time Prophecy writers and liberals.) Ive said for years that while Christians play at Revival and host conferences the powers of Hell have solidified their position at the top of the MOUNTAINS of culture: MEDIA, POLITICS and MONEY (i.e. Wall Street.) But, Id rather be positive. There is an army out enlightened patriots out there (you among them) who will arise when the right leaders arise. So my way of staying sane is to borrow Lincolns methodology and find the humor in this. Take heart. This will all work out. When the police arrived at the scene, the yuppie complained bitterly about the damage to his car. Officer, look what theyve done to my Beemer! You guys here are so materialistic, its ridiculous retorted the officer. Youre so worried about your stupid BMW, you didnt even notice that your left arm was ripped off.
