DIETING... 1. Take in AT LEAST 1 gram of protein per pound. 2. Get just enough fat from good sources. 3. Be mindful of carbohydrates; only get them in during your workout via supplementation and post-workout. Those with fast metabolisms can get them in 2 hours pre-workout as well. 4. Sugar sucks. You dont need it. Stop overdosing on it everyday. Simple sugar is stored as fat; always. I dont believe in getting simple sugars in immediately post-workout at all. No way. 5. 6-8 meals a day. 3-4 can be via supplementation. 6. A multi-vitamin, CLA, L-Carnitine, fish oil and Alpha-Lipoic-Acid are your friends. 7. Lean muscle incinerates fat. Hit the weights and build some lean muscle and youll burn fat more easily. 8. Its all about that fasted cardio. Hit it upon waking if at all possible. 9. Say hydrated at all times; ALWAYS have a water bottle with you. 10. Cheat once a week with an extravagantly fattening, carb-heavy meal of your choice (keep that sugar to a minimum, though). Itll jog your metabolism and help you keep your sanity while dieting.
