You will also be required to demonstrate good basic computer skills and numeracy. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: Provide clerical support. Communicate with Patients’ relatives and medical staff, and to enhance the quality of patient-care and communication. Be responsible for clerical duties for one or more wards, which include minute taking, updating patients’ records and statistical data, answering of telephones and handling patient admissions, discharges and patient related queries for the wards.
