DNA ON S.A.D : Any one who has to live with S.A.D will know that it is governd by the seasons i too have S.A.D advised to take vitamin d in the winter months and follow doctors instructions to take an antie anxiety tablet daily . The onslaught of this is very draining some things are made better some things seem worse . Its very hard when to blame the medication and when to assume its you . THE lows are the worst the highs are short lived until ......................................yes the summer months like the last few weeks i have found my mood lifted the fresh cut grass ,flowers and animals apearing around the country side have given me a whole new age . I find i carnt wait to catch a glimps of the sun setting in the same sky as the moon which you dont see in the town . Today is much like any day ive experianced yet i now wake although sleepy feeling a whole lot better .If it wasent for the hayfever and the joint aches till i get going i think am dam well getting the best out of today . So here i am sat in the garden smashing keys on a lappy thinking go girly ..............................life isnt that bad :) OH and i havent taken my S.A.D antie for a week so i feel normal not fuzzy ......................hope every ones coping in the heat enjoy you never know what tommorow may bring look around and see every thing in colour xx
