DONT BE A BANDAGE!!! In life, that you are single is not sufficient reason to start a relationship! Just because you have a mouth doesnt mean you should talk! That you have a heart doesnt mean you should love! Just because are alone and lonely doesnt mean you should get married! A hurt heart most times is like a dying snake! It still has its poisonous venom and would sting any unsuspecting person that comes near it! The Elders contended that the little child that will live long will not test If the hit snake is still breathing with his bare hands! That a man is hurt doesnt mean you should date him! Dont let a man learn healing procedure with your heart! Give him time to heal properly. Many people take along the bitterness of their previous relationships and vent it on the innocuous and unsuspecting partner in their next relationship. They take along the deleterious scars of the past to damage the flawless future deliberately and unknowingly! Some hurt people are consciously vindictive and vengeful. They take out the pain of their heartbreak on the new partner. What then is a bandage? A bandage is the unsuspecting person the heart-broken uses to perfect his or her healing process and dumps in the trash bin of history! He or she is like the bandage that the wounded wraps round his bleeding wound and removes when the wound heals only to be discarded in the incinerator of emotional irrelevance! When the heartbroken uses you as a healing bandage and dumps you afterwards, he finds himself a fresh woman with no baggage to start a fresh non-toxic relationship with when he is completely healed. Allow the hurt to heal totally before you give in to his advances, be sure he genuinely wants you as a partner and not as a healing bandage lest you become a bandage soon to be thrown into the bin of the past where it undeservedly belongs.
