DTE Opt-out Case to Be Heard by Court of Appeals. We have filed our amended brief! It is fantastic. I dont see how we cant get this case sent back to the MPSC. The oral argument for the case (us vs DTE and the MPSC) is on January 13 in Lansing. Mark your calendars. It will be at 10 a.m. or 11 a.m. and last an hour. Showing up will show the judges that many people care! This is our best chance for a win right now. Lets get it done.
