It could be more simplified with 47a, “God is the God of gods and the Lord of kings” While the entire verse is more inclusive to the entire text, 47a is simplified declaration of YHWH’s character. YHWH is truly God and is the only one who can reveal the mysteries of dreams and visions. He is the only One who is the ruler of kings, either one choice would fit the passage. There is none like Him, He is God of gods! What do you think?
