Will provide operational support through pre-defined processes and ensure operational governance and compliance for both internal and external controls and policies. Responsibilities: Support for call recording platforms to include: Manage incidents and work orders within established service level agreements Troubleshoot call recording equipment locally and within the data centers Perform administration, configuration and monitoring of call recording equipment and its adjuncts Maintain documentation Assist in the planning and implementation call recording upgrades, patches and enhancements Participate in on-call support for voice systems Participate in business continuity and disaster recovery planning in voice environment to minimize work disruption. Track performance against service level agreements Identify opportunities and drive service improvements Ensure asset management and inventory are kept up to date Ensure preventative maintenance is completed as specified by voice engineering Partner with internal customers and communicate changes and issues on the call recording platforms Basic Qualifications: HS Diploma/GED or military experience 3 years experience with call recording and/or related certifications, preferably trained in Verint or Witness or Eyretel platforms Solid problem solving and logic skills required Solid organizational skills required Ability to work independently dlvr.it/5txcYt
