David Schmidt also chose David Vernems question that asked: I have a customer who was getting great sleep by wearing Aeon by day and Silent Nights at night. She then started using Theta Mind and her sleep became worse, with her waking up in the middle of the night. She even felt sleepy during the day, which shes never felt before. She stopped taking Theta 3 days ago, but still her sleep is poor. Shes a very energetic and bubbly person. Im guessing that perhaps with the three products her brain has become too stimulated, hence her being unable to sleep and that the Theta, although she stopped taking it three days ago, has a residual effect in her body. DAVID: Yes, you are correct that there is some speculation here. Depending on the time of day she was using Theta Mind could also affect her results; morning would be better. Theta Mind elevates acetylcholine levels, a powerful neurotransmitter in the brain. Acetylcholine IS NOT a neurostimulant like caffeine however.
