Davies Kashole > Ba Muvi! I need your help- this so called National Call Centre which Zesco has created for customer services is not helping in anyway. Our family is now in the second day without electricity due to a fault on the transmission pole to our service line. Since yesterday, I have made several calls to the not toll free line of 322 and all the employees i have talked to have been giving me the same answer but no solution. The reference #. they have given is 1851211. Maybe someone can help?
