Day #1 and #2 of gratitude...Im so grateful to have my Dad here for Jack. I still have moments where I think to myself what it would be like if Jacks father was around for him. How nice it would be for Jack if his father loved him like fathers should, and then I feel sad for Jack and I wonder how school will be when the other kids daddys come to pick them up .... And then I hear Jack laughing in the other room and I dont mean a little giggle I mean that deep belly laugh because hes playing with my dad and my heart fills with so much joy it hurts because I realize in that moment that Jack has something better, he has his papa and his papa has him. They share a bond that is indescribable . The two of them together makes me realize why my dad is such an amazing man and hes the perfect male figure for my son. Im so grateful for my dad.
