Day 1 of Gibraltar Government online FAIL! LOL.. why would you create an online system and not train your staff how to use it or answer questions... so after wasting 15minutes trying to book my test and another 5 trying to get an answer from the office turns out im gonna have to go in to book my test... meaning the whole system has failed in its purpose! lol.. felt sorry for the staff really cos they seem to have been thrown in at the deep end with this.
