Day 12 Iam thankful for my small community.. It has its negatives, but the positives out weigh them. Ive learned that passed all the small town nosiness is a community that actually cares and has shown me & the kids a lot of support over the years..the small school systems has allowed my children a more one on one education, my kids have had the same friends since kindergarten, my neighbors care about the kids & I and watch out for us.. The list goes on and on! Not being originally from stokes county its a big difference from where I grew up.. Sandy ridge is like cheers, where everybody knows your name! Lol
