Day 18: Breakfast: Lunch: 2- 1/3 pound cheeseburger, 1 tbsp NSA ketchup, 1 tbsp mayo Snack: 2 summer sausage sticks Dinner: 2.5 cups lettuce, 1/2 cup red cabbage, 4 tbsp Ranch, 1 oz Parmesan, 4 oz smoked ham Water: 64 oz Exercise: 2.5 miles in 21 minutes (gym closed on me) Nutrition Info: 1622 Calories, 132g Fat (73%), 89g Protein (23%), 16.6 Total Carbs (3g Fiber) Just to reiterate what I posted this morning, I was surprised to see a loss (nearly a pound) after all the steak, chicken, and pork I ate while in Chicago. It was definitely worth it to visit Fogo de Chao, but it was more nice to see the diet validated when I got home.
