Day 2: LOTS OF WATER, Toast, Grapes, carrots for breakfast, PB&J lunch, Lots of water, Fruits, rice, white chicken for dinner. Just got home, 2 mile up and down mountain run with a dying rest once i got to the top for the final time -.- more lifting boulders and trees which TODAY i felt horribly, 30 minutes of fast movements in place. more running. Tai Chi which I learned a long time ago and surprisingly remembered today and i hung from a tree upside down to do curls cause my back and wrists hurt. Today was a lot of conditioning. maybe tomorrow ill take the day off
