Day #2 of only decaf coffee and water, more water, and the occassional coconut water! Ive been 1 month on a low carb - no carb, low-natural sugar, lean meat, protein diet. Cutting addictions down with a machete and making a healthier body on the inside, and therefore a healthier voice! Its been great! Am not perfect, but more aware and stern on food decisions. Am looking into Gluten free items...especially affordable, snackable items. Any ideas?
