Day 2 of the #GratitudeChallenge. Na wa o!!! My name popped up again thanks to Mekwunye Kidochukwu Prince. Well, bros, you be LASTMA because Ive started already o! Ok, so where did I stop yesterday? 1. Im thankful for my boyfriend-of-life-and-destiny, my husband of almost 7 years, my homie, lover and friend...Charles Iorhemba Ode! Since that day, in 1997/98, we met at choir practice in OLQPP ABU Zaria, things have not been the same o!!! For this gift, Im TRULY GRATEFUL and all I can say is, I cant wait to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary, if Jesus tarries. 2. My children (Dani, Shidoo and C.J.) are priceless gifts I can never stop thanking God for. Each birth was a miracle in itself and God keeps showing Himself strong in their lives every single day! I will never, ever take these ones for granted. I AM GRATEFUL!!! 3. Im grateful for the use of my faculties- I see, I hear, I think, I smell, I taste, I move, I walk, I talk, I sleep, I laugh, I sing, I dance, I farth (yeah, believe it or not I do), I go to the loo unassisted, I eat unassisted, I bathe unassisted!!! I could go on and on. For all these and so much more, I AM GRATEFUL. 4. For my work-life: Hmmmmmm! There are stories to tell here o! I thank God for all the bosses He has brought my way- Dr Yakubu Usman, Dr Leo Ishaku Elisha, Dr Istifanus Irimya, Dr Abubakar Bala Muhammed, Dr Dan Anorue, Senator Isa Maina, and my present boss, Engr Amin Ibrahim Moussalli. You all gave me a chance to hone all my skills, develop and grow and for this I AM GRATEFUL. 5. I am grateful for my direct bosses (at one point or the other)- Ms Evita Moussalli,James Jonathan Lyamgohn, Onimisi Adaba, Dr Emeka Asiegbu, Dr Victor Ughareumba, Anti Alice Ohajunwa and Victor Uche Nwaneri aka Stretch! These guys keep pushing me to BE BETTER and everyday is a learning curve! I AM GRATEFUL! Ok o, it haff do for today o!!! This challenge is fun and it will keep getting better. Stay focused and have an #AttitudeForGratitude. Selah!!!
