Day 20 and we are off to see our rock. Kids are excited and headed out to catch the train to see mom. When I talked to Renee about seeing them yesterday she said she more than likely will not be able to control herself and cry when she sees them. I said “Honey we all will be crying”. I am so happy that they are able to see her in the short amount of time that it has taken her to get where she is at. Almost three weeks must have been eternity in their minds. They are strong like their mother and have handled this like their mother, just strong and tough. In the process of having this page renamed. I learned when it is over 200 likes you have to submit your request to Facebook, and the request can only be made once. Renee is on her road to recovery. However, please continue to follow our journey and please continue to pray that her last few days of hospitalization go smooth and that her rehabilitation goes even smoother. I will continue to post every day about the woman I love until the day she comes home. Her progress is a true testament to all of your support and prayers. I remind our kids often of the miracle we have and how they do happen when you have faith and believe. Will post later today of the emotional reunion between mom and the kids.
