Day 4: ChaLEAN Extreme - Burn Intervals!! Pressing STOP wouldve been my easy way out today. Starting a new program is NOT easy for no one. The lack of coordination and the new moves frustrate me so much and quitting is usually what I would opt for. But NOT this time!! I push thru. Not my best workout, but I know it can only get better one workout at a time. Burn Intervals is a combination of cardio and strength training. Im so NOT ready to show you my cardio moves yet!!!
