Day 4: Check! This lesson seems easy to comprehend and put into practice. However, the truth is, to fully receive and feel the energy of others, one must release all judgements, including those of the self. Putting this lesson into practice is a very important part of this 21 day creation for me. Today I realized I do this naturally in situations where I feel competent and familiar, however in situations where Im called to stretch myself, like speaking in public, I experience anxiety and self-judgement. The catch 22 is, the only way to grow is to stretch. So how do I continue to give and receive authentically while I am growing and stretching myself? A question I am hoping to answer by the end of this challenge. Conversation is welcome :) Just arrived in AZ for a weekend getaway.
