Day 6!!! The best view is after the toughest climb. That was for sure the case when I was hiking up one of the hardest mountains in California. Its the same thing with eating healthy and working out. It can be tough at first, but so worth it! -60 second low squat (back and forth) -60 second curtsy squat left -60 second curtsy squat right -60 second step into a squat right and tap -60 second step into a squat left and tap ENJOY your day!
